3.4 Strict No-Refund Policy

All subscription charges, digital download fees, and course fees are 100% non-refundable once processed. Because digital content is instantly accessible upon payment, we do not grant pro-rated refunds, partial-term refunds, or chargebacks for mid-cycle cancellations or unused membership access.
