The content, resources, workshops, courses, downloads, and other materials provided through the Site are for educational and informational purposes only. Elizabeth Sautter is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, MA, CCC-SLP. However, the information provided through this Site does not create a therapist-client, clinician-patient, speech-language pathology, coaching, consulting, or other professional relationship between you and Elizabeth Sautter. Information related to social-emotional learning, executive functioning, emotional regulation, parenting, child development, neurodiversity, communication, education, or related topics is not intended to replace individualized professional advice, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medical care, mental health care, legal advice, educational advocacy, or crisis support.   • Workshop purchases are final sale
  • Course purchases are final sale once access has been granted

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in California, except where prohibited by law or where the matter qualifies for small claims court. Elizabeth Sautter may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for matters involving intellectual property, unauthorized use, account sharing, misuse of materials, or similar issues.
